Working with the Body in Mind
Time-to-Practice is a simple anchoring exercise to help you towards calm, and to support feelings of centredness and stability before you begin the lesson.
Lesson 3 introduces mindful movement. These practices are not about fitness or physical exercise, they are another option or way of accessing the present moment. They can also be handy for releasing tension. You might find you are able to move out of your head and into your body. Different options are offered depending on preference and mobility.
