Taking the Threat out of Feedback
The focused mindfulness practice in Lesson 6 is the sitting practice, where we move our attention between different experiences. Use the silence provided between the guidance to practice noticing sounds, thoughts, and the physical sensations around a chosen anchor point. Please play the audio out loud or with one earbud in, and one out. Also provided are a growing collection of very short ‘pitstop’ practices. These provide touchdown moments of mindfulness.
