Turning Towards & Moving Through
In this lesson we introduce the wonderful 3-step breathing space – the ‘practice in your pocket’ that you can use anytime, anywhere. It can help to practise the 3-step breathing space before you begin the focused practice, which is Mindful Approach. This practice helps to encourage openness and acceptance of difficulty, swap this with the compassion practice or any of the earlier practices if you need to – but do come back to it when you’re feeling level and calm, as it is a powerful practice for change.
